There’s something special about being an Aggie, just as Andrew Bennett. It’s more than a diploma hanging on Bennett Creative wall or a ring he wears with pride. For many Texas A&M graduates, it’s a lifelong connection built on tradition, leadership, service, and a drive to make an impact.

For entrepreneurs and business owners, that Aggie spirit often translates into something else: building successful businesses, creating opportunities, and making their mark in their industries (best video production company in Texas, anyone?).

One of the ways Texas A&M University recognizes that entrepreneurial achievement is through the Aggie 100, an annual program honoring the 100 fastest-growing Aggie-owned or Aggie-led businesses around the world.

We're proud to share that Andrew Bennett, CEO of Bennett Creative and Texas A&M alumni, has earned a place among the Aggie 100 honorees. It's an exciting recognition of the work that goes into building a business, growing a talented team (with a few other Aggie alumnus), and helping clients bring their brands to life.

But what exactly is the Aggie 100, who qualifies, and how can an Aggie-owned business earn a spot on the list? Here's what business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs, and fellow Aggies should know.

What Is the Aggie 100?

The Aggie 100 is an annual recognition program created by the McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship at Texas A&M University. It celebrates the 100 fastest-growing Aggie-owned or Aggie-led businesses worldwide, recognizing the entrepreneurial accomplishments of Texas A&M former students.

Unlike awards based solely on revenue, company size, or industry recognition, the Aggie 100 focuses on business growth. Companies are evaluated based on their compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in net sales or revenue over a three-year period.

The result is a diverse list of businesses representing different industries, markets, and stages of entrepreneurial success. From professional services, video production and technology to manufacturing, marketing, healthcare, and more, the Aggie 100 highlights the reach of the Texas A&M entrepreneurial community.

The program also reflects a larger part of the university's culture: encouraging former students to lead, innovate, create jobs, and contribute to the communities they serve.

What Are Some of the Fastest-Growing Austin Aggie-Owned Businesses?

The Aggie 100 provides a snapshot of the entrepreneurial reach of Texas A&M's former student network. Each year's honorees represent businesses across a wide range of industries, from startups and professional services firms to established companies with national and international reach.

Rather than recognizing one particular type of business, the program celebrates the growth and leadership of Aggie entrepreneurs wherever their work takes them.

For business owners, the list is also a reminder that entrepreneurship doesn't follow one prescribed path. Companies can grow through innovation, customer service, strategic partnerships, new markets, technology, and a willingness to evolve.

For fellow Aggies, it's an opportunity to discover businesses founded or led by members of the same university community. And for aspiring entrepreneurs, it offers a look at what's possible when determination meets opportunity.

If you're looking for Aggie-owned businesses to connect with, collaborate with, or learn from, the annual Aggie 100 list is a great place to start.

Who Qualifies for the Aggie 100?

Not every business with an Aggie graduate on its team automatically qualifies. To be considered for the Aggie 100, a company must meet specific leadership, ownership, financial, and operational requirements.

At least one Texas A&M former student must meet one of three qualifying leadership or ownership criteria throughout the relevant three-year evaluation period:

  • Aggie-owned: Texas A&M former students own at least 50% of the business.

  • Aggie-led: An Aggie serves as the company's chief executive, such as CEO, president, chairman, or managing partner.

  • Aggie-founded: An Aggie founded the business and continues to actively serve on its senior management team.

In addition to meeting one of these requirements, businesses must satisfy several baseline qualifications.

Company eligibility requirements include:

  • Five or more years in business: Companies must have been operating for at least five years as of December 31 of the baseline year. For the 2027 Aggie 100, that means the business must have been founded on or before January 1, 2022.

  • Minimum annual revenue: The company must have verifiable net revenues of at least $250,000 during the baseline year.

  • Aggie Code of Honor: Businesses must operate in accordance with the Aggie Code of Honor: "An Aggie does not lie, cheat or steal, nor tolerate those who do."

Meeting these requirements makes a company eligible to apply, but it doesn't guarantee a place on the list. That distinction matters: the Aggie 100 recognizes the top 100 qualifying businesses based on their growth rates, not simply every company that meets the minimum qualifications.

How Are the Fastest-Growing Aggie-Owned Businesses Ranked?

The Aggie 100 uses compound annual growth rate, or CAGR, to evaluate how quickly a business has grown over a three-year period.

CAGR measures the average annual rate at which a company's revenue has increased over time, accounting for the compounding effect of growth. This gives the program a consistent way to compare businesses with different revenue levels and operating models.

Once companies submit their applications and verify their financial information, an independent firm reviews the revenue documentation. Eligible applicants are then ranked according to their three-year revenue CAGR.

T

he 100 companies with the highest qualifying growth percentages earn a place on the Aggie 100.

In other words, it's not simply about having a big year. It's about demonstrating sustained business growth over multiple years.

How Do You Get Nominated for the Aggie 100?

One of the best things about the Aggie 100 nomination process is that you don't have to wait for someone else to recognize your business. Founders and business owners can nominate their own companies.

Here's how the process works:

1. Submit a nomination.

Nominations are accepted year-round through the McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship. Anyone can nominate an eligible business, including the company's founder or owner. A nomination gets the process started but does not automatically constitute an application.

2. Complete the application.

After a business is nominated, it receives a unique application link. The application period generally runs from mid-May through mid-June. Applicants provide company information and financial details covering the required three-year evaluation period.

3. Verify company revenue.

Applicants must provide documentation to substantiate their reported revenue. Accepted documentation may include the first page of tax returns, audited or reviewed financial statements, or an attestation letter from an accountant.

An independent firm reviews the submitted financial information to help ensure the ranking process is accurate and consistent.

4. Wait for the rankings.

Once eligibility and revenue information have been verified, qualifying businesses are ranked by their compound annual growth rate. The 100 companies with the highest growth percentages make the list.

For Aggie entrepreneurs, it's an opportunity to have years of hard work recognized alongside a global community of business leaders.

What Does the Aggie 100 Recognition Mean for Bennett Creative?

For Andrew Bennett, CEO of Bennett Creative, the Aggie 100 recognition represents more than a business milestone. It's a reflection of the relationships, creativity, strategy, and hard work that have gone into building the company.

As a Texas A&M alumni, Andrew brings the values of leadership, accountability, and determination into the way Bennett Creative operates. Those values show up in the company's approach to its clients, its creative work, and its commitment to helping businesses grow.

Based in Austin, Texas, Bennett Creative is a video production company and social media agency helping brands connect with audiences through strategic, high-quality content.

From commercial video production and brand storytelling to social media strategy, photography, animation, and ongoing content creation, the team works with businesses to turn ideas into meaningful creative work.

The goal isn't just to make something that looks good. It's to create content that serves a purpose: building brand awareness, reaching the right audience, generating leads, and supporting long-term business growth.

That means approaching every project with a combination of creative thinking and business strategy. Whether the assignment is a commercial campaign, a series of social media videos, or an ongoing content strategy, Bennett Creative works to understand the business behind the brand before bringing the creative vision to life.

Growing a business takes more than a great idea. It takes a clear vision, a strong team, meaningful client relationships, and the ability to adapt as markets and audiences change. Those are the same principles that guide Bennett Creative's work with its clients.

Can You Nominate an Aggie-Owned Business for the 2027 Aggie 100?

If you know an Aggie entrepreneur building something great, you can nominate their company. And if you're an Aggie business owner who meets the eligibility requirements, you can nominate your own business.

We're especially excited to encourage fellow Aggies to put Bennett Creative in the running for the 2027 Aggie 100.

Whether you're a former student, an established business owner, or an entrepreneur just getting started, the Aggie 100 is a reminder of what the Texas A&M community can accomplish.

Whoop! Here's to building great businesses, creating meaningful work, and keeping that Aggie spirit alive.

By practicing clicking techniques, learning obstacle patterns, maintaining a consistent rhythm, and using Practice Mode in geometry dash spam, players can gradually improve their performance. Most importantly, do not give up after a few unsuccessful attempts. With enough practice and determination, even the most difficult sections can eventually become manageable.
